The Justice and Development Party (AK Party) – Undermining the Foundations of the Republic of Turkey (Eleventh Part)

– By “Ahmad Sulaiman Al-Ibrahim” – A researcher on Turkish Affairs. (part 11 out of 16)

It is impossible to believe that what Fuller says is just an expectation. It is a total insanity to believe so.

What he says is exactly what has already been planned, waiting for the right moment to implement it.(You must keep in mind that we are talking about the year 2001; i.e. before even the Justice and Development Party was founded). If Fuller is not a magician, is there any intuition or political expectation on earth that can predict the future with all this reliability and accuracy?!

Let us now go back a little bit to before the war on Iraq to shed light on the stage of the preparation of Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the Justice and Development Party in America to assume power in Turkey. The most important is to shed light on how a strategic-historical cooperation has been established between America and the Justice and Development Party.

There are a lot of accurate information and impressions contained in the book “Faltering Alliance” published in March 2006 by Dostek Publishing House and written by Turan Yavuz (1956-2007).He has worked in the field of journalism for eighteen years, including ten years as the director of the Milliyet Newspaper office in Washington.

The book was republished in eleven editions.Yavuz’s book addresses how establishing the Justice and Development Party was planned in Washington. It is one of the most important books on how this movement, which was based at the beginning on internal dynamics, evolved , and how this movement was controlled by the United States of America, supporting his words with evidence and documents. There is no doubt that this cooperation depends on the common interests between the two parties.

Turan Yavuz completely exposes the relations between America and the Justice and Development Party by talking about the series of appointments and secret meetings, supporting his talk with the places, dates and even the time of the meetings.

At this point, it is necessary to refer tothe phrase “the information coming from the villages” in the US intelligence reports on Turkey;“The great powers, like America, have great confidence in”the information coming from the villages,”to feel the pulse of a country like Turkey and give this information great importance.

The information obtained from the meetings of diplomats at the embassy and consulates with intellectuals, journalists and businessmen in major cities, such as Istanbul and Izmir, are not trusted. What matters to America is the answer to the question: “What does the Anatolian say?”

If there are 40,000 villages in Turkey, America will follow up what is going on in about 40-50 selected villages and turn them into information-gathering centers. This is not new, it is a long-standing method adopted by America.”
