“chemical attack” under this title; British writer Robert Fisk wrote that the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons concealed important information about the alleged chemical weapons attack on the city of Douma on April 7, 2018. the writer refuted the leaks about the arrival of the chlorine gas cylinders to the site of the accident.
He said that what was reported in the report of the organization states that what happened was a composite work, and that someone in Douma placed the two cylinders in specific places.
The report added that there was a report of the mission responsible for investigating the incident, ,which the organization hid ,which said that the two cylinders were placed manually at the two sites and were not dropped from a plane criticizing the organization for focusing on the source of the report leak, not the information itself.
Fisk said that he felt sorry that (OPCW) had prevented information from being given to the press, pointing out that the organization, which is supposed to have high credibility, carried out deception.
Fisk noted that we should hear the truth from the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) about allegations of chlorine attacks in Syria, but the concealment of information raises concerns and suspicions and we can not underestimate the risk of such manipulation by the organization.
He concluded that the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons could have saved itself from embarrassment and ridicule if it had told the whole truth that there was evidence that the gas cylinders were not thrown from the sky, that is, someone has manually put them there.
