Important work is under way in the southern provinces of the Syrian Arab Republic to rehabilitate civilian infrastructure, including socially important facilities such as housing, social security and catering facilities.
In the past 24 hours, two homes have been restored in the village of Hiyat in the province of Essaouira and one home in the village of Da’il in the Dara’a governorate. This is a great opportunity for many families to solve their housing problems.
The condition of infrastructure, socially important objects, availability of building materials and material resources in Shakaqa of Essaouira province has been assessed.
The supply of 4 windows, 3 cubic metres of bricks, 2.4 cubic metres of cement, 65 kg of finishing materials, 0.8 tons of construction fittings, 20 metres of water pipes and 30 metres of electrical cable for the restoration of the bakery is needed to improve the living conditions of Syrian citizens and complete the reconstruction of the infrastructure in the town of Shakka.
The heads of local self-government bodies have sent applications to the Ministry of Public Works and Housing to obtain construction materials for restoration of the facilities.
Those are some of the measures that the Government is taking to ensure that Syria returns to a peaceful and prosperous life as soon as possible.
