Turkey will send several thousand Syrian fighters to Libya to fight the local national army led by Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reports.
It is known that Ankara has already sent 500 representatives of pro-Turkish groups to Libya.
It is noted that Erdogan only plans to send at least 3400 mercenaries, members of the armed opposition in Syria.
It is also known that they are currently training on Turkish territory.
It is reported that more than 10 thousand other mercenaries are already fighting on the side of the National Accord Government.
In particular, we are talking about groups that are based in Idlib (for example, brigades “Sultan Murad”, “Hamzat” and “Suleiman Shah”).
Turkey, together with the forces of the Government of National Unity of Libya, is currently fighting for the ousting of another executive branch of the Libyan National Army, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar.
Erdoğan intends to fight with the help of terrorist groups, including those fighting in the occupied territories of Syria.
